Priyank Srivastava is a director in the Corporate and Energy practice at Duane Morris & Selvam LLP, with over 17 years’ experience advising in the energy and project development/ infrastructure/P3 sectors. Mr Srivastava
Ramiro Rodriguez is a Singapore- based practitioner with extensive experience in cross-border transactions. As Head of International Arbitration at Duane Morris & Selvam LLP and a senior member of the firm’s
co-heads the India Practice Group, focusing his practice on upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas/LNG matters and the power sector. Having worked for over eight years at India’s largest explora- tion and production company, he is familiar with all the transactional aspects of global energy projects. Mr Srivastava has considerable on-the-ground experience of advising clients in various sectors in frontier mar- kets, including renewable energy and power projects, infrastructure, telecom, project financing, cross-border arbitration and mediation matters. corporate law with a focus on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions and corporate governance. He serves as a team lead for the Duane Morris Energy industry group. Mr Vaughan represents large public companies, middle-market companies and start-ups Shelton M. Vaughan is a partner at Duane Morris LLP. He practises in a variety of industries. Mr Vaughan is a 1994 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. He also holds a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, where he was a member of the Harvard Public Policy Review.
M&A practice, he advises clients on high-value matters across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific. He has deep expertise in the energy sector, including oil and gas, renewable energy, hydrogen, and carbon trading. He supports clients on LNG terminal projects, solar power developments, and hydrogen hubs. Beyond energy, his practice spans receivables financing, fund management, and other regulated activities, where he brings strong understanding of both transactional and dispute issues.
Colette Tan is an associate with the Corporate practice group of Selvam LLC. Her experience spans a broad spectrum of corporate work with a focus on equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general
corporate and commercial matters. She also has advised clients on securities regulations and corporate governance, and represented clients in banking matters. Colette holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the Singapore Management University (2020). She is qualified to practice in both Singapore and New York.
