Manne Bergnéhr is a partner at Hellström Law Firm and heads the M&A, corporate and commercial department. He specialises in M&A and EU competition and regulatory law, with considerable experience
representing buyers and sellers in Sweden, the EU and internationally. Manne manages all legal aspects of transactions and advises clients in cross-border M&A projects. He has significant industry experience from the energy, public infrastructure, petrochemical, customer service and pharmacy sectors. In competition and EU law, he advises clients on compliance matters, assists with merger filings and represents clients in abuse and cartel cases in court, including phase II merger proceedings at EU level. Manne is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
Arvid Sundelin is a partner at Hellström Law Firm, working exclusively in energy and environmental law and with extensive experience of permit processes (mostly hydro power, wind power,
CHP plants, mining operations, wood pulp plants, lumber) and assisting in environmental issues related to commercial transactions, primarily regarding environmental due diligence. Focusing on hydro power and environmental quality standards, Arvid has been involved in the preparation of legislation by assisting a number of social actors in negotiations with the Ministry of the Environment. He is a member of the Swedenergy legal group and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise’s environmental law group, and a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
