Ignacio Errazquin is a corporate partner in the energy, TMT and mining groups at CMS Carey & Allende. He advises domestic and foreign clients on energy M&A and project development, including power

generation, non-conventional renewable energy (NCRE), and transmission lines. Ignacio’s practice covers project finance, joint ventures, EPC (engineering, procurement and construction), EPCM (engineering, procurement and construction management), and power purchase agreement contract negotiation. He supports clients through all stages of energy project development − from acquisition and financing to construction and operation. Ignacio has been recognised by numerous industry ranking guides for his outstanding work.

Florencia Anguita is an associate in the corporate/M&A team at CMS Carey & Allende. Her practice focuses on advising companies on corporate, contractual and financing matters, including the drafting and review of

contracts, by-law amendments, and other corporate documents. Florencia has experience of conducting due diligence processes, preparing powers of attorney, and managing filings before the Real Estate Registrar, the Chilean Tax Authority, the Civil Registry, and other public entities. She has also participated in M&A and has supported the structuring and review of documentation related to project and infrastructure financing.

Adolfo Romero is a dual-qualified corporate lawyer (in Chile; pending admission in New York) and a senior associate in the corporate/M&A group at CMS Carey & Allende. He advises domestic and foreign clients on cross-border M&A, renewable energy,
