Myriam Epelbaum is a partner at Bredin Prat who heads up the firm’s corporate governance practice. Her work focuses primarily on corporate governance, and involves advising numerous listed companies including
criminal courts. His practice focuses on corporate litigation (shareholder conflicts, M&A transactions, directors’ liability, etc.), commercial litigation, unfair competition as well as disputes relating to the ‘duty of vigilance’ and CSR issues. In this respect, he regularly assists his clients in class actions, whether regarding consumer law, unfair competition or in the context of follow-on actions.

Myriam gives seminars in company law at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon- Assas and the University of Paris Dauphine. She has participated in several working groups set up by the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris (HCJP) (the Paris Financial Market Law Committee) and is the Rapporteur of its Say-on- Climate working group.
Pauline Joly is as associate at Bredin Prat and a member of the corporate team. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate governance matters, and particularly CSR issues. She is involved in “think-tank” working
groups on these issues and acted as Rapporteure for the working group set up by the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris (the Paris financial market law committee) upon the publication of the “Omnibus” proposal for a directive amending certain provisions of the European Directive on due diligence.
Tom Vauthier is a Partner at Bredin Prat, is a member of the firm’s Litigation team. He advises and represents companies and their senior executives in proceedings before the civil, commercial and
