The five-strong environmental law team in- cludes specialists in urban planning, environmental law, pollution/depollution and waste management legislation, and has particular expertise in brownfield
reconversion. It advises local authorities, promoters and private individuals on urban planning and envi- ronmental matters, and is involved in the urban devel - opment of several large neighbourhoods in the City of Luxembourg and elsewhere in the country. The firm also conducts actions for annulment or claims for damages in connection with the sale of polluted land or buildings, and is involved in the urbanisation of brownfield sites.

Nathalie is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and the CFCI, and a lecturer in European environmental law and litigation of development plans at the University of Luxembourg. She is chair of the Administrative Law Commission of the Luxembourg Bar and the ALDE, a scientific association that regularly organises conferences on environmental law.
Georges Gratia works in the fields of urban planning law, environmental law and public procurement law. His precision and rigorous attention to detail in legal and regulatory texts ensure the effective management of
cases relating to urban planning law and environmental law. Georges joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2022 as an associate, and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2023.
Inès Goeminne specialises in administrative law and has significant expertise in urban planning law, environmental law and public procurement law. She focuses in particular on ensuring that projects
comply with urban planning and environmental law, and gained technical and environmental experience within a recognised approved body in Luxembourg.
