Christian Rojas is an of counsel in TM Abogados and has extensive experience in natural resources consulting in mining, aquaculture and

energy activities. He has issued reports for business organisations, water user organisations, international organisations and government agencies. Having received his doctorate with a thesis on water law and user organisations, Christian has developed an academic career at undergraduate and graduate level in several Chilean universities. He has published three books on administrative and water law and is the author of more than forty academic articles in his areas of expertise.
