Pedro Cortés began his legal career at Lektou in 2003 and currently serves as managing partner. He has extensive experience in gaming, corporate law, M&A, capital markets, and banking and finance, delivering
strategic legal support to clients. He is admitted to practise in Macau, Portugal, Brazil (São Paulo), China (as a cross-border Macau lawyer), and East Timor, and he is ranked as Band 1 by Chambers and Partners. His commitment to excellence is reflected in his active memberships in organisations such as the IAGA, IMGL, HKIoD, IBA and CIArb. In academia, he shares his expertise as a guest lecturer in gaming and Macau law at Católica, Lisbon School of Law.
