Peter H. Knudsen is a partner at DLA Piper Denmark with wide expertise in insolvency law and – due to his experience in the financial sector – credit and the law of mortgages, including company charges. He has
at the European Insolvency Practitioners Association. His experience encompasses almost every industry sector, including real estate and insolvency matters within the airline industry. Henrik acts as trustee for some of the largest and most complex bankruptcy estates in Denmark. He is recognised as a leading insolvency expert and is a permanent administrator to the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court in Copenhagen, which hears all insolvency matters in the greater Copenhagen area.

Peter regularly advises banks and financial businesses on insolvency, credit and mortgage law matters. Peter holds an LLM in International Trade Law from the University of Essex. He is a member of the Danish Association of Litigation Attorneys, the Danish Association for Banking and Finance law, the IBA and the Association of Danish Insolvency Lawyers.
