Peter H. Knudsen is a partner at DLA Piper Denmark with wide expertise in insolvency law and – due to his experience in the financial sector – credit and the law of mortgages, including company charges. He has

He is recognised as a leading insolvency expert and is a permanent administrator to the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court in Copenhagen, which hears all insolvency matters in the greater Copenhagen area.
