TENK Law Office is an independent Hungarian bou - tique law firm based in Budapest and working with a select number of like-minded offices abroad to ensure that its clients receive reliable legal services wherever needed. It is currently in the process of joining forces with a similar sized local law firm to accommodate the increasing number of requests, with five senior colleagues and a bigger team of associates. Its main focus is M&A deals and related project management
which includes restructuring and other insolvency matters. Its M&A advisory work was awarded the highly acclaimed Wolters Kluwer Prize in the category for Team of the Year in competition law and M&A in a complex transaction relating to a fast-food restaurant chain. More recently, its team was chosen to assist in the liquidation procedure of the largest steel plant in Hungary, and it continues to provide legal advice.

Zoltán Tenk is managing partner of TENK Law Office. He is a specialist in complex transactions specifically in terms of venture capital and private equity investments, distressed M&A and finance transactions. Before the

disputes. He has acquired a wide range of knowledge in licensing matters through the work provided to clients in reorganisations and other matters involving transfers of permitted business activities.
