Markus Fellner is a founding partner of Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners and head of the firm’s insolvency and restructuring practice group. Markus is highly ranked by peers in this practice area and his impressive track

record includes representing some of Austria’s largest banks in restructuring mandates. Markus recently advised a consortium of banks in the successful acceptance of the reorganisation plan of KTM AG, one of Austria’s leading industrial groups. He also successfully advised an international banking consortium of eight banks on the restructuring and acquisition of MEGATECH Industries GmbH by the Italian SAPA Group. His other key areas of practice include banking and finance, corporate/M&A and dispute resolution. Markus co-authored a commentary on the Restructuring Regulation and a multi-jurisdictional commentary on cross-border restructuring regimes.

Elisabeth Fischer-Schwarz is a senior attorney in Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners’ insolvency and restructuring practice group and has long-term experience in this practice area. She also specialises in banking and

finance and dispute resolution. Elisabeth was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2017 and has authored publications in the field of insolvency and restructuring as well as the banking and finance sector.

Florian Kranebitter is a partner at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners and specialises in the firm’s international transaction practice, including cross-border restructuring and insolvency cases in various industries.
