Laure-Hélène Gaicio Fievez acts in high-profile litigation cases in matters including obtaining preliminary injunctive relief, asset freezes, appointment of provisional administrators, and contentious

bankruptcy proceedings. Recognised as a “leading partner” with a strong reputation in cross-border litigation, BSP clients consider her to be creative and efficient. Laure-Hélène has extensive experience in all forms of international and domestic dispute resolution, with a particular focus on commercial, corporate, financial, fund and real estate matters. She assists her clients through the entire process, from pre-litigation to the enforcement of the decision. In addition, Laure-Hélène has experience in real estate and commercial contracts, drafting and negotiating a number of complex agreements.

Carolina Vasselli is regularly involved as a litigator in complex domestic and

multi-jurisdictional disputes resolution, with a focus on

commercial and corporate matters, investment funds, logistics and real estate. In addition, she frequently works on shares purchase agreements, and has experience in drafting and negotiating a number of commercial agreements and transactions. As a member of BSP’s Italian desk, Carolina is regularly involved in multi-jurisdictional matters involving Italian clients.

Fabio Trevisan is a partner and head of BSP’s dispute resolution practice. His practice focuses on a wide spectrum of complex commercial, corporate and financial litigation and arbitration. With over two decades of
