Nathee Silacharoen is a partner at Chandler Mori Hamada and has been with the firm since 2019. Prior to joining Chandler Mori Hamada, he had experience with a leading international law firm in Thailand.

Over two decades, Nathee has successfully developed and maintained a broad dispute resolution practice, providing sophisticated and effective advice to clients involved in a wide variety of disputes. He specialises in dispute resolution through both litigation and arbitration. Nathee has significant experience and particular expertise in representing local and international multinational companies and individuals in complex disputes relating to commercial contracts, construction, labour and employment, insurance, rehabilitation and insolvency, real estate and wrongful acts.

Norrapat Werajong is a senior associate at Chandler Mori Hamada. Prior to joining the firm, he had extensive experience working with another leading law firm in Bangkok. Norrapat specialises in dispute

resolution matters, and is also proficient in the area of Thai corporate law. Norrapat has substantive experience representing and acting for local and international corporate clients as well as individual clients on various legal matters in court proceedings in Thailand. He is regularly engaged to provide legal advice, especially in the areas of Thai restructuring and insolvency laws, regulatory and compliance, corporate and commercial laws, and labour and employment laws.

Tawatchai Boonmayapan is a partner at Chandler Mori Hamada, in the litigation and dispute resolution practice group. For 15 years, he has represented Thai and foreign clients in resolving complex and sophisticated
