USA Trends and Developments
Trends and Developments Contributed by: Harold D. Israel Levenfeld Pearlstein
Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) was formed in 1999, born of the desire to create a different kind of law firm. Many law firms promote their value proposition, which they define as high-quality work, responsiveness, ef - ficiency and reasonable fees. To LP, those are just the basics of doing good work for clients. LP attorneys understand their clients’ business and industry inside and out, seeking legal solutions that support long- term business strategy as well as short-term needs. With small-firm personal service, fewer layers of law -
yers, greater top-level partner involvement and more efficiency, LP navigates huge national business trans - actions, complex bankruptcy cases and critical litiga - tion matters. Together and individually, the LP team cares about and values people – employees, clients, business partners and communities. LP’s practice areas include corporate, employment and executive compensation, financial services and restructuring, community association, intellectual property, litiga - tion, real estate, tax planning, and trusts and estates.
