Noor Radhi is the deputy senior partner at Hassan Radhi & Associates. She has been admitted as a practising lawyer since 2000 and before the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court since 2012. She
Mohamed Altraif is an associate at Hassan Radhi & Associates. He was admitted as a lawyer before the courts of Bahrain in 2024. He completed the legal practice course and holds a Master’s degree in Law,
holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the School of Oriental & African Studies, University of London (2006) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Kent (1999). She heads the banking and finance team at the firm and is a member of the IBA. She has worked on financial restructuring transactions as well as voluntary and involuntary liquidations.
Business and Management from the University of Law in the UK and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Leeds. His practice is general, but he focuses on banking and debt finance, corporate law, bankruptcy law, insurance and data protection.
Mohamed Ali Shaban is a senior associate at Hassan Radhi & Associates. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Bahrain as well as an MSc in Islamic finance from Coventry University in
the UK. He is a certified arbitrator, a practiced lawyer admitted to the Bahraini Ministry of Justice, and a recipient of the CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership from the UK. His expertise covers diverse areas, including banking and finance, employment, insurance and civil litigation.
