Josephine Noddings is counsel in Appleby’s corporate department in Bermuda. She practises in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including insurance law and regulation, public and private M&A and joint ventures. Josephine is a member of Appleby’s global technology and innovation group, providing comprehensive advice in connection with all aspects of digital asset issuances and digital asset business operations.
Melinda Mayne is a senior associate in the corporate department of Appleby’s Bermuda office and a member of Appleby’s leading insurance and reinsurance team. She specialises in re/insurance law and
regulation, including formation, licensing and ongoing regulatory requirements for Bermuda special-purpose insurers in the insurance-linked securities sector and commercial re/insurers. Melinda also practices in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including finance, public and private mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations, reorganisations and general corporate law.
