Francesco has been a teaching assistant in Private Law at Bocconi University in Milan since 2016. Giulia Ghidini focuses on intellectual property, media and advertising law. She assists Italian and international clients, both in and out of court, on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trade marks, designs, patents, copyright, know-how, unfair competition and advertising. Giulia also advises on the creation, registration, management and enforcement of IP rights, including trade mark portfolios. She supports clients in defining IP strategies and in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including licence, sponsorship, production agreements, service agreements, co-branding and influencer marketing.

Alessandra Ottolini has expertise in intellectual property consultancy, with a focus on the strategic management of trade mark portfolios, including all the activities needed in order to build, strengthen and defend IP rights in

extra-judicial and judicial proceedings before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, the Tribunal and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
