arbitrations conducted under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and ICSID. His practice focuses on the resolution of high-exposure construction disputes, but also on commercial contract disputes related to energy and privatisation. He was recently appointed to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators and is a member of CIETAC and CICA arbitrator panels, and several arbitration institutions, including the SCC Arbitrators’ Council, the IBA Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Committees and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London.
