Theominique formerly served as a Consultant to the Government of The Bahamas, leading reforms that modernised The Bahamas’ arbitration framework. Theominique is recognised for her expertise in international arbitration and is an active contributor to the development of arbitration across the Caribbean. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
