Aboubacar Fall is a member of the Senegal Bar and a former member of the Paris Bar. He is the senior partner at AF Legal Law Firm in Dakar. His areas of practice include natural resources law (mining, oil and gas),
public–private partnerships, private equity, M&A, international maritime trade, investment law and international arbitration. Dr Fall holds an LLM from the University of Washington in Seattle (USA), a PhD in International Business Law from the University of Haute-Normandie in Rouen (France), and other degrees. He is serving as vice-president of the African Arbitration Association (AfAA) as well as a member of the Board of AfricArb.
