With more than 15 years of experience, Roberto represents clients across the healthcare, construction, insurance, retail, automotive, financial services, telecommunications, and real estate sectors. His practice encompasses contractual, corporate, bankruptcy, consumer protection, and health law matters. Roberto also serves as a university professor and has authored various academic publications.

Renzo Salvatore Monroy Pino is a founding partner at Monroy & Shima Abogados, where he specialises in dispute resolution through litigation and arbitration. Renzo graduated from Universidad San Martín de Porres and holds graduate degrees in dispute resolution and notarial law, with postgraduate studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid (in civil liability and legal argumentation) and Universidad de Girona (in evidentiary reasoning). He also studied corporate and administrative law at ESAN and civil law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. His practice encompasses civil, commercial, administrative, labour, and constitutional litigation and arbitration proceedings. Renzo has authored various academic publications in his field.
