Hangil Lee is a lawyer at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. She focuses on international arbitration and cross-border litigation. Trained in both civil and common law systems, Ms Lee has represented the Korean government and leading

His expertise includes advising on pre-arbitration strategies and post-award enforcement. He earned his LLM at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, trained at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris, and worked at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune in Tokyo, leveraging his Japanese fluency. He co-authored Arbitration Law of Korea (2011, Juris) and its Korean edition (2012, Pakyongsa).
