Andrea Carraretto is a senior associate at GSK Stockmann SA. He focuses on corporate, banking and finance and real estate transactions. He is admitted to the Bar in Luxembourg (2020). He studied at the

transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, and venture capital. Furthermore, Anna has gained sound experience in commercial litigation, particularly in shareholder disputes. She is admitted to the Paris and Luxembourg Bars and speaks French, German and English. She is a member of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA) and the Fédération des Jeunes Dirigeants de Luxembourg.

University of Padua (Italy) and holds an LLM from Stockholm University (Sweden). Andrea speaks Italian, English and French and is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).

Etienne Weryha is a senior associate in the corporate/M&A practice of GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg. He

advises local and international clients on corporate, M&A, private equity and venture capital matters. He graduated from the University of Lorraine (France), University of Saarland (Germany) and University of Trier (Germany). Prior to joining GSK Stockmann, Etienne worked with a renowned top-tier law firm and a boutique law firm in Luxembourg. Etienne is admitted to the Bar in Luxembourg as a lawyer (avocat à la cour) and is fluent in French, English and German.

Philipp Mössner is a partner at GSK Stockmann SA. He focuses on capital markets (listed companies), banking and finance, corporate and real estate transactions. He is admitted to the Bar in Germany (2006) and

Luxembourg (2007), and holds an LLM from McGill University (Montreal) and a PhD from the University of Tübingen (summa cum laude). Philipp speaks English, French and German, and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Canadian Bar Association (CBA).
