experience advising on domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly in the consumer products, healthcare, infrastructure, and digital industries. He also assists with joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and other commercial collaborations. Johannes joined CMS Wistrand in 2009 and became a partner in 2018. He heads the firm’s consumer products sector group and regularly advises on strategic investments and corporate structuring. Johannes is a member of the Swedish Bar Association, CMS Executive Committee, and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
