Wei Yingling is a partner of JunHe and head of its competition team. She has over 30 years of experience in PRC legal practice with a main focus on anti-trust, FDI and M&A. Since the PRC Anti-Monopoly Law came into

effect, Ms Wei has represented dozens of multinational and Chinese companies in their merger control filings, advisory regarding AML compliance for commercial arrangements, government investigations and antitrust litigations. She is also a recognised expert in national security review (NSR) procedures, advising multinational clients on filing triggers for specific transactions and handling NSR filings in China.
