Konstantinos Efthymiadis is an associate in the corporate department of Georgiades & Pelides and has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2022. Konstantinos holds a degree in law from the European University of Cyprus. His main areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, competition law and employment law. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has advised numerous clients on competition matters and has been involved in over 100 merger control filings. Konstantinos is also qualified to practise law in Greece.

Marios Pelides is the senior partner of Georgiades & Pelides and has been in practice for over 40 years. Marios specialises in corporate and M&A work. His main areas of practice are structuring joint ventures, M&A,
cross-border mergers, takeovers, public offers and listings on regulated markets. Marios also regularly advises on merger control and competition law and is the author of a number of publications on merger control. He has contributed to the cross-border merger control guide of major international law firms. Marios is a barrister of Lincoln’s Inn and has a degree in Law from the University of London.
Dominique Pelides is a partner at Georgiades & Pelides and joined the firm in 2021 after holding the position of vice president in the alternative funds segment of BlackRock in London. She trained at Clifford
Chance LLP in London, where she worked for seven years, leaving as a senior associate. Dominique’s main areas of practice include advising on international M&A and financing transactions, competition and banking regulation, and the establishment and distribution of private investment funds. She holds a degree in Law from University College London. Dominique is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
