Foreign Direct Investment/Subsidies Review 9.1 Legislation and Filing Requirements Foreign direct investments are regulated by the Screening Act, which applies to acquisitions of Finn - ish corporations by foreign investors (see 1.2 Legisla- tion Relating to Particular Sectors ).
