Mathieu Relange is counsel in the competition and antitrust practice of FTPA Avocats. He advises clients on French and EU competition law matters, including merger control, antitrust investigations, state aid,
control, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, foreign investment screening and foreign subsidy reviews. He regularly represents clients before the French Competition Authority, the European Commission and national courts. Before joining FTPA in 2025, Malik practised at Clifford Chance and Orrick, where he became partner in 2022. He is particularly appreciated for his antitrust expertise, strategic thinking and ability to deliver practical solutions in complex competition matters.
