Anna Manda joined Karatzas & Partners in 2000 and became partner in 2004. She specialises in

Venetia Lazaratou joined Karatzas & Partners in September 2025. She advises on all aspects of European and Greek competition law across a wide range of sectors, including merger control, FDI and antitrust

competition law, TMT, pharma, M&A and corporate and commercial law and leads the firm’s antitrust and competition, TMT and pharma departments. She has extensive experience in antitrust and competition, including advising on highly complex merger control matters, as well as state aid issues, cartel investigations and leading the K&P team advising on a number of antitrust compliance matters. Anna has participated in many high-profile transactions in these fields, with particular focus in the TMT and pharma markets. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association, and she speaks Greek, English, French and Italian.
