He advises on enforcement and merger control matters. In 2025, Soham handled over 16 filings with the CCI, including Omnicom/IPG, Multiples’ acquisition of VIP Industries and CoinDCX’s strategic investment from Coinbase. He regularly advises leading financial sponsors, including Blackstone, Temasek and TPG. In 2024–25, Soham secured precedent-setting “no-penalty” outcomes in gun-jumping proceedings for Torrent Power and Motilal Oswal. She has also acted in landmark enforcement matters in the cement, tyre and auto-parts sectors, and currently represents DTDC, Som Distilleries and Xiaomi on behavioural issues.
