Gerhard Fussenegger is a partner at bpv Huegel and is based in Vienna and Brussels. He specialises in EU and Austrian antitrust law, merger control law (EU, multi-jurisdictional and Austrian merger filings) and

distribution law. He also leads the foreign direct investment (FDI) practice. Gerhard graduated at the University of Vienna and holds an LLM degree from King’s College London.
