Daneale Beukes is an admitted legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia and a partner at ESP. She obtained her LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape and was admitted as an attorney in 2014.

She was subsequently admitted to the Supreme Court of Namibia in 2017 and as a Notary Public in 2019.
