Representative work includes ad -
vising an oil and gas industry group on the potential anti-competitive implications of a proposed techni - cal standard; guiding a satellite telecommunications services provider on merger notification requirements before both the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) and the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC); and providing strategic legal support to an international oil com - pany in connection with an investigation initiated by the FCCPC. educated at the University of Benin, the Nigeria Law School, and jointly at the University of Hannover, Germany and Strathclyde University, Scotland, where he obtained an LLM in information technology and intellectual property law (magna cum laude). Chiagozie Hilary-Nwokonko is a senior partner at Streamsowers & Köhn and oversees the firm’s compe - tition law, energy and natural resourc - es, and legislative advocacy practice groups. He has dealt extensively with
competition, oil and gas, mining, environmental, corporate, construction, taxation and general commercial law matters. Chiagozie was educated at the University of Dundee, the University of Cam - bridge and George Mason University, where he obtained an LLM in Global Antitrust Law. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the section on energy and natural resources law of the Interna - tional Bar Association, the Association of Interna - tional Petroleum Negotiators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
Priscilla Bidemi Ben-Okoh is an associate at Streamsowers & Köhn, specialising in competition law, energy and natural resources, and general corporate, commercial services. She provides counsel to a
diverse client base on finance and energy transac - tions, as well as corporate and commercial matters. Priscilla has extensive experience in advising and representing both local and international companies on M&A under Nigerian competition regulations. She is a graduate of the University of Lagos and the Nigeria Law School. Priscilla is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Chukwuyere Ebere Izuogu is a partner in Streamsowers & Köhn’s competition law practice and corpo - rate commercial group, where he heads the telecoms, media and technology practice. He is the author
of “Regulating Anti-competitive Practices in Nige - ria’s Communications Sector”. Chukwuyere was
