Koen T’Syen is a senior counsel at Van Bael & Bellis, specialising in Belgian competition law and Belgian and EU regulatory law. His competition law practice focuses on merger control, antitrust

competition law, with expertise spanning merger control, dominant market positions, cartels and procedural issues. Peter regularly appears before European institutions, including the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Commission, as well as Belgian courts and authorities, such as the Constitutional Court, the Markets Court, the Council of State and the Belgian Competition Authority.

Amirsalar Kavoosi is an associate at Van Bael & Bellis, specialising in EU and Belgian competition law. He holds an LLM in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe and is a teaching assistant at the Institute for European Law at KU Leuven.
