His practice focuses on Swiss and European competition law. He represents businesses in competition law investigations and merger control proceedings and advises clients on distribution arrangements, cooperation projects and license agreements. His areas of expertise also include regulatory affairs and administrative law. Richard Stäuber is Non- Governmental Advisor to the Swiss Competition Commission for the International Competition Network (ICN), country head Switzerland and member of the Board of Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht and co-editor of the Swiss Journal of Competition Law (Schweizerische Zeitschrift für Kartellrecht).

Marcel Dietrich is a partner in Homburger’s competition and regulatory teams. His practice focuses on Swiss and European competition and antitrust law, as well as commercial public and administrative law and regulated markets, as well as public procurement law. Marcel has extensive long-standing experience in all areas of competition law, advising on compliance matters and internal investigations. Regarding regulated markets, he specialises in public procurement, energy, healthcare and pharma, media and telecommunications, infrastructure and transport, and state aid. A member of various national and international competition law associations, Marcel regularly publishes and lectures on competition law, commercial public and administrative law.
Katharina Bratvogel is an associate in Homburger’s competition and regulatory teams, focusing on Swiss and European competition law, in particular, merger control law, as well as administrative and civil antitrust
litigation. She also advises on compliance matters and has practical experience in various areas of Swiss, German and European competition law.
