Francisca Levin is a partner and head of Cuatrecasas’ Competition & Foreign Investment (FDI) practice in Chile. She is the former head of Mergers at the Chilean Competition Agency (FNE). In 2021, she was
María Paz Dulanto specialises in competition law, with extensive experience in merger control and competition-related investigations. She joined Cuatrecasas in August 2025. Prior to that, she spent nearly

Francisca holds an LL.B. from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, an LL.M. in Competition Law from King’s College London, and an MSc in Regulation from the London School of Economics. She also lectures on regulation and competition at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez and Universidad de los Andes.
