Mr Liu regularly advises clients on Chinese antitrust and competition matters, and provides advice on antitrust compliance. He also advises clients on dealing with antitrust investigations. Mr Liu also served as the competition law expert at Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation and Hubei Province Administration for Market Regulation.

Li Yumeng (Audrey) is a partner in the corporate group at King & Wood. Her main areas of practice include antitrust and competition law, national security review and other government regulatory matters. Audrey regularly

Jiang Hanxue is an associate at King & Wood. Her main areas of practice are competition law, M&A

advises multinational and Chinese clients on antitrust and anti-unfair competition matters. She represents clients in merger filings before regulatory authorities in China, and assists with obtaining approvals in the EU, the USA and other Asian countries.
