Romane Lemaitre joined Chauveau Mulon & Associés in 2018. She works across all areas of family property and non-property law, both in domestic
and international law. She has acquired particular expertise in inheritance law and in handling family disputes involving complex financial and property issues. She joined the board of directors of the Institute of Family and Property Law (IDFP), first serving as treasurer and then as secretary general. Romane regularly provides training to her colleagues as part of the continuing professional development for lawyers and is also the author of numerous publications.

Jennifer Tervil began working in international family law in 2010, and joined Chauveau Mulon & Associés in 2018. Throughout her career, Jennifer has acquired expertise in family law, enabling her to provide clear analysis,
foreign clients in France on marriage contracts, wills, donations, filiation, and cross-border disputes. With dual expertise in law and wealth management, Emmanuelle offers tailored support in divorce, inheritance, and estate planning, particularly for high net worth individuals and families. Her practice includes structuring international successions, co-ordinating the civil and tax aspects of wealth transmission, and handling complex succession litigation ‒ including will challenges, life insurance disputes, and conflicts over forced heirship ‒ often in a cross-border context.
