Yaron Mehulal is a partner at FISCHER and co-head of the firm’s Private Clients and Trusts practice. He is considered an expert in commercial law, tax law and counselling private clients on matters
of wealth transfer and trusts. Mr Mehulal provides legal and taxation counselling to Israeli corporations and individuals operating abroad and to foreign clients operating in Israel. His areas of expertise include tax planning for international companies and representing cross-border transactions. He frequently engages in large sale transactions in the Israeli market. He counsels families of considerable means on complex issues relating to intergenerational wealth transfers, drafting wills, and formulating trusts and corporate arrangements.
Shalom Hershkovitz is a partner at FISCHER, co-head of the firm’s Private Clients and Intergenerational Transfer practice and head of its Family and Inheritance Disputes practice. Mr Hershkovitz practice
focuses on all aspects of the management of family wealth and intergenerational transfers of wealth. He plans complex intergenerational transfers of assets and businesses for high net worth families, and creates and manages various trusts, including for family members with special needs and public purpose trusts. He also drafts custom agreements for managing family wealth for future generations, wills, spousal agreements and gift agreements within the family.
