Frédéric Feyten is a partner at CMS and heads the Luxembourg tax practice group. Frédéric focuses on Luxembourg and international taxation, M&A, financial products, structured finance and securitisation.
Gérard Maîtrejean is a partner and heads CMS’s Luxembourg corporate/ M&A and private equity practice groups. Having advised major private
equity houses and international financial institutions, Gérard has gained sound experience assisting corporations in relation to their general corporate affairs, joint venture transactions and corporate migrations. He supports companies across a number of key industries and provides advice to boards and senior management across the world. He has been a lead adviser for many landmark M&A transactions throughout Europe, the US and Asia. Gérard is ranked Band 4 in Chambers’ Global and Europe Guides for 2025.
Having advised international corporate clients, investment banks, financial institutions and private equity firms, he has extensive advisory experience in direct and indirect taxation, international tax planning and structuring cross-border transactions through Luxembourg. Alejandro Dominguez Becerra is a partner in the CMS Luxembourg tax practice. He advises real estate and private equity funds on tax structuring and leads mandates involving securitisation and project financing.
Pawel Hermeliński is a partner in CMS Luxembourg’s corporate/M&A practice. Pawel has assisted financial institutions, private equity investors and multinational groups in M&A and joint-venture transactions, as well as
