Rosanne Bonnici is a partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, and is head of the tax and immigration law department. She is an experienced tax and corporate lawyer with over 30 years’ worth of experience, advising a largely international clientele on tax-efficient and tax-compliant cross-border operations and transactions, and covering all aspects of domestic and international taxation as well as corporate law, trusts and foundations. Rosanne also advises private clients, assisting high net worth individuals with the immigration, personal taxation and succession planning aspects of their move to Malta; furthermore, she advises private clients with respect to estates involving Malta-based assets. She is a member of several local and professional organisations.
