Fabiola Jiménez joined Galicia in 2007 and worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice for over 12 years. Her experience in this area provided her with multidisciplinary skills that have distinguished her in the Wealth Management practice, where she was promoted to counsel in January 2025. Her professional focus has primarily been on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including corporate aspects of financing, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and the protection and control of private wealth structures, as well as succession planning and family business matters.
