Her expertise in private client advisory has been recognised by Chambers & Partners. Maite Colmenter is a partner in the private clients and finance practice groups at Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas. She focuses on structuring
and investment vehicles. He advises banks, insurers, pension funds and high-net-worth individuals on tax structuring, CFC rules, and amnesty regimes. He has led multidisciplinary teams on public infrastructure projects and business reorganisations. Roberto holds a law degree from PUCP, an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico and ESADE, and has completed tax specialisations at IBFD and IE Law School. A former PwC partner, he is a professor at Universidad del Pacífico and member of IPDT, IFA, and AFIN.
Llanet Gaslac is a member of the tax and private clients practice groups at Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas. She focuses on advising domestic and international clients on tax planning, M&A, financing and audit procedures.
She has particular expertise in designing local and international tax structures involving funds and trusts. She holds a law degree from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, along with diplomas in Mining Law and Tax Law, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Taxation at the University of Lima. Formerly a tax consulting manager at EY, Llanet is a member of IPDT and IFA Peru, and a frequent speaker and author on tax matters.
