Aw Wen Ni is a partner in WongPartnership’s specialist and private client disputes and private wealth practices. She advises high net worth individuals and families on their diverse needs, including
private client disputes practice and a partner in the private wealth practice. She has over 20 years’ experience in trust, estate and family law (both front-end and litigation), and regularly advises ultra high net worth individuals and families on succession and estate planning and business continuity. Bock Eng is the vice chair of the committee of the Wealth Management Institute’s Global-Asia Family Office (GFO) Circle, Chair of STEP Singapore and the course co-ordinator for Wills, Probate and Administration in the Preparatory Course leading to Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations. expertise spans criminal law and family disputes, including wills, probate and estate administration. She has also been involved in employment-related matters, as well as those involving minority oppression and restraint of trade. Josephine has particular experience in building- and infrastructure- related disputes. She has also acted as defence and prosecution counsel in cases involving professional misconduct. Josephine is an accredited mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and a member of the Law Society of Singapore, Inquiry Panel. Josephine Choo is the deputy head of WongPartnership’s specialist and private client disputes practice. Her
succession and estate planning across generations, asset protection, estate and trust administration, and in contentious disputes. Wen Ni regularly appears as counsel before the Singapore courts in complex and high-value disputes, including contested probate/estate matters, shareholders’ disputes, banking and financial disputes and proceedings under the Mental Capacity Act 2008. She is also a member of STEP Singapore.
Vincent Ho is a partner in WongPartnership’s specialist and private client disputes and private wealth practices. His main practice areas are private wealth and complex civil and commercial litigation. He
regularly advises high net worth clients on succession and estate planning, trusts, employment and immigration law issues, and advises institutional clients on compliance, investigations and regulatory matters. He also litigates at all levels of court across a wide range of complex and cross-border disputes, including trusts, succession and mental capacity disputes. Vincent is a member of the Probate Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore.
