Nick Esterbauer joined Hull & Hull LLP as an associate in 2014 upon his call to the Bar and is now a partner at
the firm. He has co-authored a number of papers and regularly presents on the topics of estate planning, administration, litigation and related issues. Nick has experience in assisting clients with matters involving all aspects of estates, trusts and capacity law.
was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1990, has contributed to various publications on the topic of wills and succession planning, and is a frequent lecturer for the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Ontario.
Suzana Popovic-Montag is the managing partner at Hull & Hull LLP, where she practises exclusively in the areas of estates, trusts, capacity and fiduciary litigation. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1997 and has
extensive experience in contentious proceedings, including will challenges, passings of accounts, will interpretations and dependant’s relief proceedings. Suzana is also a specialised estate mediator (having been trained at Harvard Law School) with Hull Estate Mediation Inc, focusing on pre-death and post- death estate resolutions.
