Tanmay Patnaik is a partner at Trilegal and leads the firm’s private client practice. He specialises in estate and succession planning, trust structuring, family governance, family settlements, mediation and

immigration advisory, with particular depth in cross-border matters involving Indian exchange control, takeover regulations and personal laws. He advises promoters of some of India’s largest business houses, family offices, and financial fiduciaries. To date, Tanmay has advised on global estates collectively worth over USD67 billion. He has previously worked with Mishcon de Reya LLP, London. He holds an LLM from Fordham Law School and is admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

Eisha Singh is an associate in Trilegal’s private client practice, based in Mumbai. She advises high-net- worth individuals, business families and founders on estate planning and succession matters, including Wills,

private trusts and family settlement arrangements, across both domestic and cross-border mandates. Her work also involves advising on the regulatory and tax considerations relevant to such structures. She also advises promoter families on governance and structuring matters, including pre-IPO planning and company law and securities law aspects. She is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

Raj Chheda is a counsel in Trilegal’s private client practice, based in Mumbai, with over 12 years of
