Lu Li is senior partner and director of the marriage and family affairs and wealth succession department at Xuxiaoping Law Firm. With more than a decade in practice, she has concentrated on marriage and family
legal services, boasting extensive practical experience in foreign-related family disputes, marital asset division, and family wealth succession planning. Lu currently serves as director of the Marriage and Family Affairs Professional Committee of the Shaanxi Lawyers Association, and research specialist at the Marriage and Family Affairs and Wealth Succession Center, Renmin University of China. She has long been committed to advancing the standardisation and specialisation of family legal services in China.
Wenting Ma is a full-time attorney with the marriage and family affairs and wealth succession department, and head of the Foreign-Related Family Law Professional Committee of Xuxiaoping Law Firm. Her practice
focuses on marriage and family practice, with specialties in family dispute resolution, foreign- related family case handling and family wealth succession legal services. Wenting also works as a part-time mediator at the People’s Mediation Committee for Marriage and Family Disputes of Xincheng District and as a female legal publicity lecturer for Chang’an District, Xi’an City. She has long participated in grassroots public-interest legal education and legal aid initiatives.
Yinuo Zhang is a sophomore majoring in Finance at Renmin University of China and a winner of the 2025 National Scholarship. As vice president of the university’s Financial Analysis Association, she
led the full organisation of a large-scale national investment research competition covering dozens of
