Known for his practical approach and sensitivity to complex personal and business issues, William works with a diverse client base, from young families to Australia’s largest family groups and business owners. Emma Woolley is a partner in Hall & Wilcox’s private client team, advising clients on estate planning and estate administration, trust structures, trust and estate disputes, and structuring for succession of ownership and

and tax disputes, serving high net worth individuals, families, family offices and businesses. Frank also heads the firm’s charities, not-for-profit and philanthropy practice, specialising in Private Ancillary Funds (PAFs) and facilitating over AUD400 million in philanthropic giving.
