She often serves as outside general counsel to family office clients and advises on asset protection, M&A, securities, venture capital, and private placements. Rebecca holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University. She has taught Federal Estate and Gift Tax and Estate Planning at the University of Arkansas School of Law since 2007.

Tori Moore is an attorney at Smith Hurst, focusing her practice on estate planning. She counsels individuals and families on estate planning, wealth transfer and business succession, using wills, trusts,
insurance and gifting to minimise taxes and ensure smooth transition of assets. Her attention to detail and psychology background enhance her ability to listen to clients, grasp their unique needs, and help them achieve their objectives. She earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Food Law and Policy.
