Henson Efron is a Minneapolis-based law firm with an 11-attorney family law team advising clients on complex marital and financial matters, including the preparation, negotiation and enforcement of prenup - tial and postnuptial agreements. The team represents business owners, executives, professionals and high net worth families whose matters often involve close - ly held businesses, inherited or premarital wealth, trusts, investments and significant real estate hold - ings. When needed, the team can draw on attorneys
in the firm’s trusts and estates, tax, business law and litigation practices to address related issues involv - ing ownership, succession, valuation, wealth transfer and disputes.
