Through this initiative, the firm joined the international collective 1% for the planet, pledging 1% of its turnover to provide financial and operation - al support to projects run by associations dedicated to environmental protection.

Agathe Clarac advises pharmaceutical, medical device and cosmetic companies on regulatory, health law and market access matters. She assists them in commercial and civil litigation, particularly in matters of product liability.

At LexCase, she advises manufacturers on their regulated activities, including marketing, pricing, promotion, compliance with the sector’s anti-corruption and ethics regulations, and the distribution and withdrawal of products. She also represents her clients in disputes with the relevant authorities. She handles serial product liability litigation as well as unfair competition disputes on a daily basis.
